		<description><![CDATA[Native English speakers working in China should first and foremost establish a solidarity with their fellow native speaker colleagues and unite across the country to demand wages that do not denigrate them as foreign educators.  There is no justifiable reason these educated and accomplished teachers should live the same lifestyle as the average Chinese laborer! English is the language of those who learn it as their mother tongue. It&#039;s a valuable commodity the Chinese do NOT have, nor will they ever own, and the native speakers working in China should demand it be evaluated and treated like one. They can decide their fees. Don&#039;t be passive about this. ]]></description>
